This motorcycle is in excellent condition, having been very well maintained and runs perfectly. The reason for selling this is I have 4 bikes and plan to buy the 2017 HONDA CB1100. This model was sold ONLY for 2 years in the USA but for many more years in Europe and Japan. The same engine was also used in the HONDA CBR 1000F (Hurricane). This engine has proved to be one of the best engines HONDA ever built; many bikes reaching 100,000 miles without requiring major service. UPGRADES INCLUDE: Ohlins piggyback shocks; Corbin seat: Renntec crash bars; Goodrich stainless steel brake and clutch bars. Transparent plastic protective film on tank near seat area. (OEM seat available if preferred). Valves adjusted at 20,442 miles; carbs rebuilt at 24,071 miles by one of the best HONDA mechanics on the East coast (invoice available). Engine cooling sensors and thermostat replaced at 25,185 miles. All replaced parts are available. New battery November 2015; recent oil and filter change March 26th 2017 with Mobile 1 synthetic oil. Original tool kit; Rider's hand book; Honda workshop manual plus 2 extra keys. This is a rare and collectable bike. Serious buyers only please.
