This is a very rare euro model 1973 Mercedes SLC as you noticed euro single headlights, the car is all original and so is the paint. Great chrome and excellent engine. Many months and many dollars to get it right... original hub caps, alloy wheels are extra.....if you want. All brand new tires. Sunroof works, windows work, transmission and the rest of the items work, never used the cruise 44 years old and in great condition for the year. Parts that has been replaced, all the belts, new radiator, new injectors, spark plugs, plug wires, heater fan, brakes and rotors, upper and lower tie rods, tie rod ends, upper and lower control arms and bushings, new battery, new front windshield, new rear window has a small crack when installer installed it. Heater blower, bosch manifold pressure sensor, driver and passenger seat new padding, heat works great, a/c don't know, never had to use it, passenger side rear window replaced and window regulator, over $ 8,800 invested with all receipts....Very strong engine lots of power and very nice ride up and down the mountains. Excellent oil pressure, no oil leaks, starts right up first time. Has two small rust areas, see photos, floor solid I'm the second owner, bought new in my home town from an 96 year retired college professor imported from Germany. This Mercedes was special ordered from Germany and the single square headlights are original...Not Changed to meet DOT this is a very early model one of the first bought and sold here in USA. The last 4 on the vin been verified by Classic Mercedes Division as early European model.
