Adult owned since new. 115hp stock. All stock. Garage kept. Always serviced at the Honda dealer that I bought it at back in June of '04, used synthetic oil only and never cheap gas. Never stunted or abused. Second set of tires. Second chain. Might need a new battery soon (kept on a trickle charger) and a new rear tire in a few thousand miles (normal wear, no burnouts, but the center is getting bald from just high mileage). Runs like new. Gets 39 to 42mpg. 22k miles mostly highway ... used as a daily commuter on 75 mile round trip to work and back during weekdays for several years then garage parked when I got a company vehicle to commute in. I put a Throttlemeister on it for commutes and a USB charger with a phone holder for using my iPhone and WAZE when I ride. Includes summer and winter Joe Rocket jackets with matching gloves and rear stand. Only problem mechanically is the button that resets the mileage /tripometer. The rubber weather seal is there but the button under it just literally vanished one day. I've been using an old stylus from an old Palm Pilot to push the buttons. You just have to lift the rubber weather cover, stick the stylus down inside and reset the tripometer. Just haven't ridden in a while and all the CBR is doing is gathering dust in the garage so I'm letting it go to someone else who will actually ride it and I need some space back in my garage.
