This is a very nice, very rare 2005 Mazdaspeed MX-5 Miata. The Mazdaspeed took the already fun Miata and added a turbo to boost the power and race tuned suspension. This Miata has been taken to the next level with a custom hybrid turbocharger, fully forged bottom end including pistons, rods, bearing and machine work. The head has been worked to help the bigger turbo spool quickly as well as a larger down pipe with high flow catalytic converter. The results are over 340 wheel horsepower equating to 400 horsepower at the motor! This power with nearly 400 ft lbs of torque and a 2300 lb car equals a thrill unlike any car you can buy new. When driving there is some short turbo lag, but quickly the turbo spools up and the Mazda rockets to red line searching for traction in the lower 3 gears. Currently there are 2 tunes, one for E85 and one for 91 oct fuel, easily changeable, you can run E85 and not worry if it is not available. This Miata is in very good condition inside and out. The paint shines like new with zero scratches and no dents. There are a couple very small rock chips down low on the front bumper cover. The convertible top has a spot on the rear seam pulling apart, about 2 inches. Overall the outside would be a 9 out of 10. Inside all the electronics work perfectly. The passenger seat has the seam on the bottom pulling apart, this would be a very simple fix for a upholstery shop or someone good with a needle and thread. There are no tears, rips, or holes in the interior. I would rate the interior a 7 out of 10 LOW LOW RESERVE, Someone is going to get an amazing deal on this Mazdaspeed MX-5!
