Vehicle Detail
Just in time for the warm weather I am selling my anniversary edition miata. The car runs and looks excellent and has been well taken care of. The clutch feels great and the engine runs like a top. there are no trouble lights on the dash and everything works as it should. The interior is in good shape and shows normal wear for its age. In the last 10 miles I've installed new brakes and rotors front and back, a new convertible top, steering wheel and shift knob(originals show wear but will be included), spark plugs, fuel filter, power window switch, and a fresh oil change. The tires are also 80% or better. There is a small scuff on the drivers rear corner where the previous owner rubbed against something backing up which is barely visible from a few feet away (there is a pic included showing the scuff. was taken from about 2ft away. from 5-8 ft away its barely noticeable, other than the one close up the rest of the p;ics were taken from about 15ft away) and is in otherwise good condition. This car is ready to be driven and the weather is just right. This car is a numbered and badged anniversary edition and is one of 3,000 released in the united states and only 7,500 worldwide. some of the things that made these a lil different from the base model miatas were Sapphire Blue Mica paint, five spoke, 15" polished alloy rims and a special, numbered fender badge. Inside, the bucket seats were two-toned, with blue synthetic suede inserts contrasting with black leather. Mechanically, the 10th anniversary cars were distinguished by a Torsen limited-slip differential, a sport-tuned suspension and most notably, a six speed transmission. The sixth cog was still a rare feature in '99, and it made the task of keeping the four cylinder engine on the boil that much easier. It also cut down engine rpm's in top gear, allowing for quieter cruising, and 0-60 mph times improved to about 7.5 seconds.
