I am selling 2010 Nissan Versa Sedan. It was owned by my friends uncle who has passed away. He was an elderly gentlemen who was a minimalist. That means this is a a basic model. She is 4 cyl 1.6l, 5spd manual, No AC, manual windows, no radio. Was driven around town only thats why the mileage is so low. Its a great reliable commuter car. Clean title in hand. Priced to sell listed way below Kbb value Condition: The only minor issue I noticed today is the tire pressure light is on. I checked all the tire pressure and its perfect. I drove the car for an hour or so recently. It looks like it just needs to be reset next time the tires are changed. I am not a mechanic by any means.
