This car was unfortunately in an accident in November, 2016. There were no injuries, but a lot of damage to the car. :( It has been in a residential garage since then as I've been trying to decide what I wanted to do with it. It hasn't seen rain or snow as its been garaged since. Purchased this car from Curran Volkswagen (Stratford, CT) in May, 2013 with 9,886 miles on it. I am the original owner. Car currently has a clean title on it (in hand - see picture - liens released) and has 72,400 miles on it. Normal wear and tear on the body but overall in good shape. No smoking, no kids. Shipping - would be best if you were close to Norwalk, CT to pick it up, however, car shipping is an option too (you would have to set that up and pay for it). You could purchase this car as is for parts or if you are really handy, you can fix it yourself and put it back on the road. Car currently does not start, but that's because the battery is dead. I've jumped the car to get it out of the garage (recently) to take pictures and the battery gets it going right away. The radio and dashboard light up as well. It just won't get going when I turn the key. It is also not drivable, so if it's sold, it will have to go on a flat bed tow truck to your location. Any parts that came off the car at the scene of the accident were recovered and they are all included. There is also a spare tire in great shape in the trunk. It's a gem of a car - sad to see it go.
