Up for sale with No Reserve is this very original 1978 Bonneville "barn find" with only 7228 miles. Frame and engine both have the VIN# T140EBX05318. This means that it was designated as a 1978 model year 750cc Bonneville. It has been parked since 1982. As can be seen in the photos there is a great deal of surface rust and patina but the bike is solid and dent free. The carbs are stuck but the motor turns over. The gas tank is in good condition with no dents and is very clean inside. The fuel lines were disconnected and evidently the tank was completely drained at the time it was parked. The tires hold air and the bike rolls easily. The final drive chain is not on. We have a chain with the bike but person restoring this bike will want a new one. Also with the sale is a rear grab rail and the center stand (see photo). Everything is stock on this bike with the exception that the original exhaust was replaced with an Alphabet 2 into 1 system. We have a clear PA title ready to transfer to the new owner. Terms of sale are $200 deposit via PayPal at the end of the auction with the balance to be paid by wire transfer or cash in person.
