selling my 1975 corvette stingray convertible with hard top( $2000 value) and two soft tops. car has the original 350/ 4sp that was rebuilt less than 1000 miles ago in 2015. upgrades to the engine include Holly 750 cfm carb Edelbrock aluminum intake manifold and air cleaner, larger valves, Comp cam Roller rockers. Hooker super comp exhaust headers flowmax low restriction exhaust system. the soft top on the car is in great condition, but the window was ripped. I am including the replacement soft top ($400) as well as hard top that comes with the car in the original steel blue color. the car was repainted in 2014 a lighter shade of blue by previous owner. looks great with only a couple of scratches thru clear coat and bubbles that can be professionally repaired. the tires are Goodyear eagle gt 2 with less than 1000 miles on them. car is currently registered and on the road with a clean title in my possession in my name. all vacuum systems work as should, all lights, blinkers work, vintage air (A/C) was added (not factory) New door panels, custom seats with c3 logo, pillar rubber and interior carpet installed in 2015. car is a head turner looks and sounds great. exhaust does not smoke car does not burn oil. car was recently taken on a 400 mile round trip with no issues . MORE PICTURES CAN BE EMAILED UPON REQUEST. some known issues with the car: -the radio antenna needs to be attached at the stereo. -the softtop on the car needs the window replaced. the top is in perfect condition minus the window. the speedo and clock gauges do not work. can easily be sent out for repair - the bezel rings on the three door compartment were removed by the upholsterer and the previous owner or myself never put them back on. they are in my possession. the storage compartment is made of cardboard and needs replacement. On May-08-17 at 02:45:11 PDT, seller added the following information: The horn contact needs replacing. AC was cold last summer needs freon topped off was not that cold last week Drivers seat is loose. The upholsterer lost the bolts for the seat, currently only one in place. On May-20-17 at 05:49:30 PDT, seller added the following information: received a couple questions below are the answers 1- i bought this car last year off ebay17500 and had it shipped up here. it came from Alabama where the previous owner had it since the 80's 2 yes the car is currently on the road with an insured value of 25000 3-the cardboard compartment is behind the passenger seat, not the glove box ( this car doesn't have a glove box) 4-reason im selling- I am looking to get a convertible with a back seat so my children can come on rides with me. there is nothing major wrong with the car, just little odds and ends that most people should be able to address by themselves.
