Vehicle Detail
This is indeed a classic. Smooth cruising and nice to drive. This is a 1983 Datsun 280ZX, 2-Seater Coupe; 168 cubic inch engine; 5 speed manual overdrive transmission, catalytic converter. Almost in perfect condition. Has original interior, dashboard is like new. Selling it only because I'm getting too old to shift the gears and handle the clutch. Other items of interest are T-Bar Roof, tinted glass removable panels. Color coordinated Sun Shades; sun visors with wind deflectors; leather/digital package (talking lady); digital instrumentation; automatic temperature control; electric defog outside mirrors; auto rear window defog sensor; power windows and power door locks; 4-wheel independent suspension; power rack and pinion steering; alloy wheels; digital stereo and auto/ant. It does have a need for some body work as my late husband had a minor accident, but the damage is so small it is barely noticeable. Also, a very tiny crack the size of a bb shot in the windshield located to the center. Car is garage stored. Buyer to pay $500.00 by PayPal at auction close. Remaining amount due within 5 business days of auction end by certified bank check or cash in person. On May-22-17 at 06:44:04 PDT, seller added the following information: Revised to include additional photo of damaged area. On May-22-17 at 16:59:41 PDT, seller added the following information: Damage is on the right side, at the bottom right of the door (hinge area) and a dent in the fender. On May-23-17 at 10:32:14 PDT, seller added the following information: New problem with the Z car but nothing serious so I am told. I took the car out yesterday morning, May 22nd, to the Nissan Dealership for them to inspect it thoroughly. AC is working great but when they first turned it on, it made a squealing noise. When the car warmed up, the squealing stopped. They are in the process of looking for a vacuum switch for fast idle part for repair. Service manager said this is not serious and can be repaired. They are in the process of locating this part. Just wanted to be sure I am disclosing any and everything I know about this car.
