For your consideration ..... Classic Standard VW sedans 1976 and 1973 models. Just in time for a "after-school" summer project. Both vehicles are complete and with many additional parts too numerous to mention. This is a "NO RESERVE" auction for all that is pictured/listed. The 1976 model is a complete vehicle engine is a fuel injected series that is not seized and can be easily turned over by hand. The car hasn't been run in some time and will need a complete "body off" restoration. The body is in fair condition but the paint is exposed in areas that is beginning to develop surface rust. The interior is complete but in poor condition. Floor pans are rusted through. The electrical hasn't been check for functionality but as mentioned everything is intact. It would lend itself to a restoration very well so it's not being sold as a parts car but a "body off restoration project." Would make an excellent hands on rebuild project for the high school mechanic apprentice. The 1973 model is disassembled and complete. Does have a good working transmission. Body is in excellent shape and has been stripped of exterior paint otherwise very solid. There is some minor surface rust in areas from exposure. Overall it is in very good condition considering the age. The chassis floor pans have been replaced and just needs to be sealed, (PORS15). The front end has a "drop adjustment" setup installed. Ball joints, bushings, steering damper are replaced. Extra fenders, hood, door assemblies, and replacement seats are included.
