Up for auction is a 1973 Chevy Camaro that has gone through a multi year private restoration. The car is complete and ready to drive and needs nothing. I have arranged a summary of work performed and a parts list with all the new parts installed. 350 cid w/ .30 over flat top pistons, Comp Cams 280 Magnum cam, (choppy idle) Crane double roller timing set. Runs on 89 octane non ethanol pump gas. Has never had ethanol in the fuel tank. Hooker competition long tube headers, 2 1/2" aluminized dual exhaust with 40 series (two chamber)Flowmaster mufflers with H pipe. 64cc chamber double hump heads, ported and polished, gasket matched, 2.02/1.60 stainless steel valves, hardened seats, guide plates, screw in studs, crane gold race needle bearing rockers. New Edlebrock Performer aluminum intake, Edlebrock Thunder series 650 cfm carburator with electric choke, Edlebrock fuel line with etched filter, Edlebrock 14" chrome air cleaner. Muncie M22 (rock crusher) 4 speed, New Hearst competition shifter, 153 tooth spec. hi performance flywheel, clutch, pressure plate, throw out/pilot bearing, OEM inspection cover, OER shifter boot (upper/lower) and trim ring. New 8" Corvette Rally wheels with new Mastercraft Avenger 235/60/R15 white letter radials, new trim rings and flat centers, new lug nuts. 10 bolt rear end, new professionally installed Yukon 3.42 ring and pinion and positive traction unit, carrier and pinion bearings, seals, HD cast aluminum bowtie rear end cover. (Rare) 8000 RPM tach, 150 MPH speedometer, Amp gauge replaced with a volt meter, clock replaced with a oil pressure gauge. Wood grain dash bezel and maintains factory appearance. New tinted, windshield, back glass, door glass with window sweeps. All new door and trunk weather strips. Complete front end replaced with new Moog upper/lower ball joints, inner/outer tie rod ends, couplers, upper/lower control arm bushings, center link, idler arm, coil springs, rubber bump stops, sway bar bushings, front end alignment. Kenwood CD player, I Heart radio, Bluetooth, am-fm stereo, 6 1/2" Kicker speakers in the door panels and 6x9 Pioneer 3 ways in the rear. Crutchfield 4085 (4x85 watt) amp in the trunk mounted under the pkg. tray. All installed with new shielded cables and new wire, both units have loads of adjustments for tuning. owners manuals included. New parts list not described above. (You know where it goes and what is involved to install them). This is a personal/home restoration and is NOT a frame off rotisserie restoration that you might see at a Barrett Jackson or Meccum auto auction but I'm not asking $50,000 for it either. Some parts not listed were not new but found on Ebay in excellent condition(back seats, sun visors) Some of the new parts are OEM, OER, NOS, Aftermarket, Remanufactured. The only power options are power steering and power brakes and no air condition. I don't think it is a true Z28 but the emblems were on the car when I got it but it is a factory manual trans. car. The body appears to be original and have found some rust spots here and there and would assume body filler also. The car is clean, handles tight, runs strong and idles great and is a thorough clean restoration that is sure to catch eyes and possible trophies. And if your not careful some good driving awards(tickets) too. I will start the auction at $12,500 and the winner must submit a $1000 deposit through PayPal within 48 hours after the auction has ended. Pick up will be arranged by the buyer and at the buyers expense and I will not release the car until the full balance paid through secure means.
