Vehicle Detail

2011 BMW F800R This 2011 BMW F800R has only 20,008 miles and has had all of its maintenance performed by Long Beach BMW Motorcycles, an authorized BMW dealer. This bike was purchased used with 289 miles from National PowerSports Distributors out of New Hampshire on 05/21/2013, and has been garage kept ever since. I am providing the paperwork for each of the milestone services that were performed at BMW Motorcycles over the course of my ownership of the motorcycle. The Kelley Blue Book value estimates that a 2011 with 27,300 miles should be worth around $6,015. Mine runs fantastic, has all required maintenance, and only has 20,008 miles. Please check out this link: https://www.kbb.com/motorcycles/bmw/f800r/2011/?pricetype=retail The bike is completely stock EXCEPT for a Peg Lowering Kit that was installed by BMW Motorcycles. I will provide the installation instructions that were supplied for if you want to remove them. Just to let you know, the pegs are the only things that get lowered with the kit that was installed, thus the shifter and rear brake levers at first will feel slightly higher, since the pegs are lowered. If you are tall guy (I am 6'1"), no worries, you get used to this in no time. Otherwise, you can just put it back to it's original peg height, it doesn't look too complicated. •(2,000 Mile Service) at 1,641 miles on 02/05/2014•(Annual Maintenance) at 3,537 miles on 04/30/2015•(6,000 Mile Service) at 6,118 miles on 10/02/2015•(12,000 Mile Service) at 11,880 miles on 04/01/2016•(18,000 Miles Service) at 18,161 miles on 10/31/2016 The clutch was replaced on the 12,000 mile service. I replaced the battery myself at around 8,000 miles but could not find the receipt. I bought the battery from Cycle Works. Front and rear tires were replaced on the last 18,000 mile service, meaning they are relatively new and only have just over 1,800 miles on them. I changed jobs in late 2015, causing me to begin commuting onwards of 60 miles a day. As you can see from the mileage and service dates, the I rode over 16,500 miles in the last year and half. In my honest opinion, it is running as smooth as ever, and is in tip-top shape. I pride myself in keeping my bikes well maintained and running smoothly. It has normal BMW bells and whistles like Heated Grips and ABS. Throughout the past year and a half commuting over 16,500 miles on it, the zipper on my riding jacket sometimes would be exposed and rub up on the "tank" area. Unfortunately, it made some scratches on the bike and you can see this in the pictures. It has never been in an accident, and has never been laid down. It handles great. Mechanically there are no problems. Cosmetically, it has been garage kept, and has some signs of use but it still looks great too. Why am I selling the bike? No direct particular reason, except that currently I just got a new electric car, and since I haven't been riding the bike as much, I figured it was time to free up some space in the garage. I have uploaded all of my High Resolution images to a shared online album that can be found here. Feel free to browse here as well as you should be able to zoom in much more. The bike is ready to ride and only needs a good new home. Please ask questions if you have any! Have a great day and good luck! Below I have provided the stock specification for the 2011 BMW F800R. BMW's profilation of this bikeThe F 800 R is radically different, and yet every inch a BMW. The state-of-the-art parallel twin engine with electronic fuel injection develops 87hp from its 798cc, not to mention a mighty 86Nm of torque. And with the Akrapovic sport silencer retrofitted, its sound is every bit as impressive as its performance. General informationModel:BMW F 800 RYear:2011Category:Naked bikeEngine and transmissionDisplacement:798.00 ccm (48.69 cubic inches)Engine type:Twin, four-strokePower:85.83 HP (62.6 kW)) @ 8000 RPMTorque:86.00 Nm (8.8 kgf-m or 63.4 ft.lbs) @ 6000 RPMCompression:12.0:1Bore x stroke:82.0 x 75.6 mm (3.2 x 3.0 inches)Valves per cylinder:4Fuel system:Injection.
