Up for auction is a 1974 Triumph TR6. The straight 6 engine fires right up and runs great, the 4 speed trans and clutch operate smoothly, and the brakes stop straight and true. Everything seems to be there; chrome looks clean, top needs replacing, seats are good, dash could use refinishing. Exterior paint is good from far. Tough to say what method was used to apply the finish. It looks like a combination of original paint and rattle can to touch up. I went around the panels with a magnet and the only questionable area I found was a spot on the drivers side fender. The drivers floor pan is rotted through, passenger side and trunk look solid. Engine compartment is clean. Overall, the body is solid. There is some light surface rust, with only the drivers floor being in need of replacement. Cover included.
