1968 Plymouth Roadrunner Hard Top. This is a real RM23.  Relisting due to non payment. Just completed a two year full restoration August 2016. The restoration included just under $10,000.00 dollars for brand new full quarters, front fenders, new air grabber hood, one piece trunk, trunk extentions, outer wheelwells, one piece floor and rear floor pans. Extensive head work with porting, guides, etc... and complete motor rebuild. PLEASE NOTE TRANSMISSION WILL NOT BE INCLUDED WITH SALE. Horse power was conservatively estimated over 500 HP. Brand new 2 1/2" exhaust with HP exhaust manifolds. New bumpers and all the interior was restored with new seat foam and covers, door pads and so forth. Now for the bad. I brought my car home from storage with the warming weather and for unknown reasons gas leaked onto the motor and caught fire as the photos show. Most of the body was not affected mainly the hood and inside engine bay firewall into dash. I've decided to offer someone else the opportunity to build their dream car without having to spend $40,000.00 dollars to have it. The last three photos are of the car prior to the fire. Please email any questions prior to purchasing. There is a non-refundable deposite of $2,000.00 due within 24 hours and the remaining balance to be paid in cash in person. The car and title will not be released until the funds are verified, "NO EXCEPTIONS", pick up within 10 days. It is the purchasers responsibility to arrange and pay shipping fees if applicable.
