Its the sellers opinion that the vehicle drives and performs as it should but we always, we advise that the buyer inspect the vehicle themselves or have a third party do so prior to purchase. If the buyer chooses to complete the sale, the cost to pass the state inspection will be paid by the buyer directly to the repair facility of the buyers choice.
