Selling my 1951 Cadillac Coupe so I can focus on another project. This is a nice, reliable classic car and can be had for a reasonable price. I had a good parts car when I restored this car so I used the best parts of both. First the good! This Cadillac is a great driver with many new parts. Runs down the highway no problem, a pleasure to drive and turns heads everywhere you go. We've driven it all over Tennessee and Kentucky. 331 Cadillac V8 w hydramatic transmission. Rebuilt carb, gas tank cleaned and checked, new shocks all around, new idler arm, new brakes, etc. Converted to 12 Volt with all new modern wiring harness, new battery and alternator. Plugs, points, coil, plug wires also replaced. Fresh glossy black base coat/ clear coat paint, new white vinyl interior and headliner, new black original loop style carpet. All flat glass is new light gray tint. Windows roll up & down nice, doors also latch easily & do not sag. New taillight & backup lenses. Gauges, speedometer, interior, dome & trunk lights, horn, turn signals, parking brake, etc all work as they should. Newer Coker wide whitewall tires, new Vintage Air Air Conditioning with heat & defrost, new AC compressor, condenser & hoses. Insulated throughout with Dynamat type sound deadener. Hard wired hookup & volume control for IPod stereo, Kenwood Amp & Pyle speakers, detailed trunk with new carpet, new trunk lid weatherstrip, spare tire, jack, and tool box. The bad? Windshield has a small bullseye on passenger sid and some delamination starting at the edges. Typical oil/transmission leaks. Vacuum windshield wipers do not work but are all there. ( I'd planned on converting to electric wipers) Chrome & stainless are not perfect but presentable for a 'driver' I also have some extra trim, grille parts, etc if you want.
