For sale, a BMW R67/3 with a matching 1956 Steib Spezial sidecar. The bike has triple matching serial numbers. I believe that this is an older restoration. The unit is extremely solid and is in overall great condition mechanically and cosmetically. Paint is very nice, but there are a few small chips here and there. All of the chrome bits are nice, with no pitting. All electrics work perfectly, and the sidecar is setup for running lights and brake light. The rig is setup correctly and is the nicest handling sidecar I have ever ridden. The bike has a recent final drive update from Uli's in Germany that included new sidecar gearing. The speedo is a period correct replacement, true mileage of bike is unknown. The motorcycle currently has a set of later /2 carbs, but the original, correct, carbs are included in the sale. Some extras are included, please see the pictures. The motorcycle almost always starts on the first or second kick, does not smoke, and there are no unusual sounds from the engine. It runs smooth and quiet. The rig is titled in California, and has current registration and insurance.
