This is a 1998 with a perfect body and an excellent interior, PLEASE read the rest of the story. I drive a 98 exactly like this one and have Silver Arrow 124, so I know Rivieras.I was at an estate sale and this car was in the carport. Lady had died about 18 months ago. The car was locked, had a dead battery, the key was lost, clear coat peeling, but did have an extra key fob.Of course the fob did not work since the battery (under the back seat) was dead. Having other Rivieras I was able to open the hood externally, jump the car from under the hood. We found a key in the car, got in home on a trailer. Cleaned the car and found it had all original paint and a flawless body, clear coat peeling everywhere. The interior is exceptional, no damage anywhere.Mechanically; We started with new wires and plugs, rebuilt the supercharger, new alternator, new water pump, new cam sensor, new battery and several smalls, spent about $1000.00 under the hood. Decided to strip the car and paint it tan,I forgot what a job to strip paint, Too many projects to finish this fine Riviera. So here is your chance to buy a REAL DEAL. I'm selling it AS-IS, you finish. Car has engine cover, needs a drivers side door handle(with car) one of the trunk struts is bad, tires are weak.
