One owner 1979 Vespa PE 200. The previous owner had this stored in a basement, last year took it to a Vespa dealer had a new carb, tires, battery, front shock and tune up done. I bought it from his like it is, he painted the black on the side covers, ect. I've never titled it. Original spare tire and documents, receipt from the Vespa dealer that did the work. The left legshield incurred slight damage in shipping shown in the picture. I replaced the fuel and oil hoses. Original banana seat included (never used). Runs great and too fast for my comfort level!
