1970 Nova SS 496 BBC Turbo 400 12 Bolt 410 Pro Gear. Let me tell you about the car as I received it, I've owned it for about 8years I bought the car from a guy in Ohio, The car came to me with a 350 Motor, 4-speed trans, Multi leaf springs with the 12 bolt in the car now, It has Front disc brakes Drums in the Rear. It did have the SS Hood but I made the Mistake in selling That, The Car was last painted in 1992. Details of what the Car has Now: Motor 496 BBC Engine: 454 STD Deck Block 4-Bolt Main Boreded and Honed with Torque Plates to 4.310 .60 Over. Block has the decks squared to the mains. Eagle 4.250 stroke 4340 forged crankshaft. Eagle Pro Series 4340 forged connecting rods. J&E forged pistons 10:5:1 compression. J&E Plasma Moly file fit rings. Herbert HYD Roller camshaft 646.646 dur 242.242 Howards HYD roller lifters. True roller timing chain and cover. Moroso 7QT pan and pickup. Milling HV oil pump. Rotating assembly balanced. TOP END: Intake Edelbrock 454-R Brodix BB2 Aluminum Heads .700 lift springs Roller Rocker / Push rods 3/8 FUEL SYSTEM: Demon 850 with annualer boosters Edelbrock High Volume Electric Fuel Pump Stock Fuel Tank TRANSMISSION: Built Turbo 400 Torque Converter Hughes (Built by Hughes for motor trans application) High Volume Trans Cooler - Deep Oil Pan FRONT END : Tubular upper and lower Control arms / Moroso Trick springs / New tie Rods New sway Bar Bushings and Sloted Front Break Rotors this past summer.
