Vehicle Detail
96 Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE Low Mileage | Low Reserve Very Clean* I bought this Prius III in late 2013 with 3,000 miles. It had been written off as a total loss by the insurance company due to a front end collision that only required body work with all repairs per Toyota specifications. NHTSA rates the car safety 5/5 overall. This car is clean, current mileage is under 29,000 with almost all highway, driving to and from San Diego to Santa Fe. The Prius III package comes with 1.8L 4-cylinder engine and includes a solar roof package plus blue tooth, back up camera, SXM radio, multi disk player, navigation, front and side airbags and A/C. I routinely changed the oil and had maintenance performed per Toyota specifications. My name is Sara. Text me at 505-506-6155 if you have questions or want more photos. I have a perfect eBay rating. We moved to SW Colorado a few months ago and I don't need the car here. You can see I've included photos that show how clean this car is. The hood has a few spots where the paint is chipped and the wheels have a minor scrapes from parallel parking. There are NO door or bumper dings. The interior is extremely clean and you'll have the manufacturer's manuals as well as the original window sticker. This car has been registered in CA and NM with no issue whatsoever. When I bought it I had a Toyota dealership inspect it, it needed a new lightbulb assembly on the driver side headlight. The A/C works great, very cold. Disclaimer: the A/C stays on the MAX setting for about 2 minutes, then it switches to the regular A/C setting. This car has taken me across Arizona in the middle of August, over 100 degrees and the A/C never let me down. FEES AND DEPOSITThe buyer must make a PayPal deposit of $500 within 24 hours after the end of the auction. The deposit is not refundable. The balance of the transaction must be completed within five days and must be a money order or cash. You pay for shipping, but I will assist you in coordinating with an auto shipper if needed.WHAT DOES REBUILT OR SALVAGE TITLE MEAN? Many people are not familiar with the Salvage or Rebuilt title, below is a brief explanation of the "Salvage verses Rebuilt Title" terminology: Salvage title means that the insurance company decided not to fix the car and paid off the owner. By declaring a car "Total Loss”, the Insurance Company is taking themselves out of any liability issues in the future. Does that mean the car is totaled, not always. Sometimes the car has minor damage but the parts are very expensive. Sometimes the owner does not want to get the vehicle repaired and depending on the Insurance Company and the year of the car, Insurance will pay off the owner. If the car gets stolen then Insurance has thirty days to recover the vehicle, if the car is not recovered in thirty days, Insurance pays off the owner and once the car is recovered, it is brought to the auction as a Total Loss vehicle even if it did not have any damage on it. This is the 4th 'Total Loss" car I have purchased on eBay and other than the minor items outlined above, there is absolutely no other damage to this car. Total Loss does not always mean that the car was in a bad wreck or had extensive damage. For a Rebuilt title, once the repairs are completed, the car is inspected by the state for all repairs and a Rebuilt Title is issued, which means that the new owner will not have to get any inspection done to get the car back on the road. It saves a lot of trouble for buyers as they don’t have to get the car inspected or fill out any extra paper work as is the case with Salvage title. With rebuilt title, buyer can simply walk into the DMV and get the car registered without any repair documents or inspection work. There will be no issues with transferring the title or getting a license plate in any state in the US. The title is ready to be transferred to customers name in any state in the US. I will answer any questions you have. * IF YOU HAVE FEWER THAN FIFTEEN (15) POSITIVE BUYER STARS OR A RATING BELOW 98%, PLEASE DO NOT BID ON THIS VEHICLE. THANK YOU!
