Up for sale is my 1984 Chevrolet Corvette! I bought this car to flip it here on eBay. Here is everything I know about it: Runs and drives good. The person I bought it from said they rebuilt the heads on the engine (I have no way to prove this and I don't know if it is true) The seats, tires and wheels are in good condition (See photos) The car has a slight drain on the battery and if it is not started each week it will go dead. Passenger window does not work. I have driven the car a total of about 50 miles, just to make sure that it ran and drove good. The car has a clean clear title in my name and is ready to be signed over to the buyer. The car needs body work (see photos for details) on the driver rear quarter panel and the driver side hood. The dash gauges work well, the headlights work well and the tires still have a lot of life left in them. The wheels, tires, seats, headlights and dash alone are worth 1500 bucks. Not to mention the rest of the car. I can not ship the car, the buyer must pick up the vehicle with cash in hand, I will require a non refundable 500 dollar deposit via paypal within 24 hours of the end of the auction. I am willing to drive the car up to 100 miles in order to help the buyer pick up the vehicle from me. The car is currently registered and insured with full coverage. I will not provide insurance or registration to the buyer, I will remove the vehicle plates as soon as the car is sold. There is no warranty or guarantee for this vehicle. How deep is the damage to the driver rear fender and bumper area? The dash has a carpet thing on it, is it dried oit and cracked? Does the ac and heat work? Any rust anywhere on the parts that are metal? Brakes work well? Can it be driven to Indiana? If not would you work with uship as well?Feb-22-17A: The crack is in the hood above the wheel well and there is more damage near the front of the hood. The damage on the rear fender is about 3" deep. The dash is cracked under the carpet thing. The heat works and I think the air-conditioning needs to be charged. I have not seen any rust in or on the vehicle. It is mostly fiberglass. The rotors need to be turned because the car shakes when you put the brakes on, but the vehicle does stop well. I would NOT recommend driving it to Indiana, this car is 33 years old and it is best to tow it home or have it shipped to you.
