Flood, Water Damage

I purchased this car in August 2014 for my son when he got his driver’s license. We are the second owners.This car was parked on the street during a flood (September 2014) and enough water seeped in to wet the floorboards. It was not turned on or running while in the water. We pushed it out, made sure it was dry and drove it to the dealership for the insurance inspection. Insurance declared it a total loss. (really common in older model cars). We kept the car with a flood damaged title and dried it out (dehumidifiers from Home Depot for 48 hours). He used it as his daily driver for 2 years after that. We have never had any problems with it mechanically.The air bag light is on as well as one other light that just came on (of course) that a mechanic said was a wiring issue in the trunk.The rack and the stereo are about 18 months old. The stereo is Bluetooth and XM radio capable. Wheels were aligned and the tires are new.My son moved across country and now I am preparing to move. This car HAS to go!I am pricing it cheaply because of the airbag light and the fact that I can’t take a second car with me when I move. I am sure someone who is smart of those things can fix it (or part it out) and sell it for a profit. Blue Book value is about $3000 with a clear title. Or- if you live in a state that doesn’t require functional air bag lights then come get it- it runs great!This is the second posting for this car. If you’re not going to actually come to see how good the car is then DON’T bid!You are more than welcome to come check it out and test drive before you bid.
