This is documented on Carfax as well as an accident free history! The car runs and drives very well and looks great. The car has undergone last week a presale inspection and is ready to roll! Body is very straight with no major dents or body issues. Overall I would say paint and body an easy 8.5 out of 10. Convertible top in in very good condition and rear window is about 2 months old! Power top functions great and goes up and down with no issues. Has aftermarket tail on the back. The interior is very clean especially for a 18 year old car! Dash looks very nice as well as center console and buttons and switches around the cockpit. Has a carbon fiber dash kit which I think looks excellent. AC blows cold and climate control is in good working condition. Driver and passenger seats are both in very good condition and are full power. Carpeting looks brand new and has a nice set of Porsche factory floor mats. Comes with 2 Factory Fob keys with working alarm and keyless entry. The car smells clean inside as this was a non smoker vehicle. Mechanically, the 996 runs excellent and is fun to drive, especially with the top down. The 3.4l engine runs smooth and is powerful. The automatic tiptronic transmission shift smooth and on point. The car drives straight on the freeway and has a set of Michelin Pilot Sport tires, fronts look near new and rears are at about 20%. The car handles good and drives smooth overall. To note, I had to replace the factory gauge cluster which showed 70 something thousand miles. Problem was, the thousandths place (the number after the 7) was blank as the LCD had failed. I bought a replacement with 75k on it and put it in. Carfax shows proof of mileage as well as oil change sticker on windshied from previous owner mileage was right around 75k. Original which faced gauge cluster comes with, you can plug it in and see for yourself or original mileage.
