Due to this, the current owner got a certificate of authority to have the vehicle scrapped, but due to low scrap prices, it never was. This means that this car can only be used as scrap or sold off for parts, even though it could likely be running with only a new coil and ignition switch. The car is almost entirely complete and should have any parts needed to repair another one of these.
