It is powered by a 5.4 Liter V8 Gas engine, with a 5-spd automatic transmission. Engine run poorly and stalls. Tranny sifts okay. Body extensive rusting. Frame heavy rusting and rotted. This vehicle spent a good deal of time on the beach. Front U-joint worn Power steering leak from steering box. Bed mounting is rotted and bed is not secured to body. Driver door hinges worn. Radio does not work. Brake light is on. (Message for low brake fluid, but fluid is full.) Tire pressure monitoring system fault light on. License plate light does not work. Tail gate does not open. All rims are rusted. Tires in fair condition. See the pictures for more details. This vehicle is owned by a municipality and inquiries can only be responded to during the normal business hours of 8:00am to 4:00pm (eastern time), Monday through Friday. Email inquiries sent over a weekend or holiday will be answered on the next regular business day. The successful bidder must pick the vehicle up at our location in Oakdale, Long Island, New York and a certified bank check from a U.S. bank with a branch in New York State or U.S. Post Office money orders are the only forms of payment accepted. No cash. Full payment is expected within 7 days of the auctions close. A copy of the buyer’s driver’s license is required to complete the transaction.
