1969 ChevelleEverything on it says SSDoor panel badging is SS396Were SS Chevelles column shift?If it's a clone....it was painstakingly changed over.12 bolt axle..... Reality of more bodywork I don't want to do.I do mechanical, but do excellent paintwork...... time crunch. Saved from the "crusher"Metal scavengers removed it from a location.A good contact sent me the lead.The car secured, retained and shipped.No engine.No trans.Needs fenders, quarters full floor (now available 1 piece) and trunk.All glass in excellent condition, except missing rear glass.Has most window trim. Basically a complete car. Now has Kieth Black hyperutectic pistons/Comp Cams cam/ iron head 461Fresh turbo 400 Ceramic headersPredator carb/Hei ignition.New plugs/new wires.New gas tank and pump/fuel line/hoses/sender.Scrounged up an original 4 core radiator.Weiand aluminum water pump.AC box and evaporator intact. No condenser core.Starts runs and drives.Funny thing, the key buzzers always work.Absolutely no brakes. The transmission was purchased used, as with the engine ....(my friend that was original owner of my AMX had them built by a reputable shop)....It had wheels n tires, but went to Camaro.Will have at least steel wheels or donuts for transport. If auction goes well, I will include a new full interrior.I have Carpet, headliner, and door panel replacements.Full spindle sets with calipers and rotors.The car had new Weld wheels and new tires, but went to another project.Steel wheels or donuts can be installed for transport. Body removed from frame for engine install, body bushings replaced.Frame degreased and powerwashed.Black Chevelle is the exact car as mine, that a customer owns (my personal Biscayne I built/painted).
