What we have here is a 2001 Saleen s281-SC with only 29xxx miles on it and you can tell this is a very clean car . Vin number is 1fafp42x71f227360. This car was ordered from Saleen with the supercharger package and body colored door inserts, floor mats, and chrome wheels. This car is 1 of 5 with this color and options. This car is in fantastic shape for a car that is 15 years old. Now that's out of way let my start by saying this isn't your ordinary Saleen s281 sc though it has a few authentic Saleen upgrades to give it a little extra power. What we have done is added a Saleen series IV blower off an 03/04 Saleen , has larger displacement(2.1 compared to 1.9). Also upgraded to 42lb injectors with a SCT BA2400 , accufab throttle body , and Saleen extreme upper . It currently has extreme lower that I borrowed from my car which is not included it will have a JLT air filter. The clutch also been upgraded to spec 3. This car got a fresh dyno tune makes 338 Rwhp and 368 tq . This car has all the Saleen specific parts as it left Saleen with . Body kit, racecraft suspension , borla exhaust, mats , chrome 18x9 wheels all the way around with center caps ( wearing Pirelli pZero with about 85% tread left), cluster , gauge pod(works), and much more . I give the paint a 9 out of 10. The only paint issues I see is there is a few nicks in the rockers, wing has some scratches, and the passenger side quarter panel has 3 scratches. I took pictures of all these issues. I had the k member that the engine sits on powered coated and looks great! Interior Is in great shape and looks great. The needles on the pod gauges are in great shape and NOT faded. The window tint does not look the best anymore and looks kind of purple-ish.I listed this car best I can and to nest of my knowledge .
