Dodge D200 Sweptline with 318CID & 727 Loadflight Automatic Transmission with Factory Limited Slip--NO RESERVE! Submitted for your approval is a interesting iconic 1966 Dodge D200 Sweptline 3/4 ton second generation L/B California truck. This classic 50 year old Mopar truck was purchased recently from an estate up in the Eastern Sierra's. Seller told me that this Mopar truck was purchased from it's original owner. Includes it's original 1966 factory Dodge manual & clear California pink slip title. Mechanical Features: Original/stock optional 318CID wide block motor. Original/stock optional Loadflight/Torqueflight 727 automatic dash mounted 3 speed transmission. Original/stock performance "Powr Loc" factory limited slip 8 3/4" inch Dana 60 spicer rear end. Original/stock front & rear drum brakes. Has aftermarket 16" chrome "American Mag" spoke rims & matching hubs that replaced it's factory/stock 16.5" split rims. All matching 16" inch tires hold air; However, Two (2) are weather checked so be advised. Runs/idles VG. Shifts VG. Stops VG. Exterior/interior Features: Optional factory trim package & chrome bumper. The exterior body surface sheet metal & exterior/interior truck bed are both in amazing well preserved condition. I used my air compressor chuck to dust off this VTG Mopar truck. I also rubbed down the entire exterior body surface with paint restoration fluid. Retains some of it's original perfectly worn away Mopar Light Metallic Green 1966 dated paint code. Current Paint Chip ID is Dupont 4762-L & 181-97805 based on my internet research. As you can see in the photos the original Mopar metallic light green paint has been worn away to the OG primer in many places revealing a perfect patina. This unit does has some small dings & dents here & there; Although, Very few. Minimal surface rust issues are pictured & mostly confined to the lower front hood lip. NO accidents. NO bondo. NO hidden surprises. This beast just looks plain 1960's cool. You would be hard pressed to find a more respectable 1966 D200 sweptline example in my humble opinion. FYI: I assume this unit will need both servicing & TLC as this is a 50 year old Mopar and represented exactly as such. I will let the 100+ high resolution photos below do the talking. FYI these original 1960's-70's stock Mopar V8 sweptlines are absolutely red hot right now. Would make a wonderful holiday gift for any Mopar enthusiast.
