The 4.77 gearing transforms this torqueless 4-cylinder into a tire-shredding racing machine. Just the gearing alone gives this car the grunt to pull 3-4 car lengths on a stock S2000. Add in a lighter flywheel, a stout stage four clutch, and a skilled driver and you have a recipe for a good time. This is not a car for beginners, by any means. It takes several weeks to get smooth with a stage-4 clutch. If you are bad at driving a manual, you will hate this car. You really have to feel it to see what it's all about. This current setup provides the ultimate car and driver connection and is ready for the street, track or autocross out of the box. I encourage you to ask questions as there is a lot to talk about with this machine. It has been well-enjoyed, and well cared for over the years, however it is time to move on to a more sensible car. This car is in fantastic shape and shows much less wear than is normal for a car of this age and mileage. This was intended to be a car I would keep forever, but with life, families grow and plans change and sometimes. Hopefully, I'll be able to find someone who is able to enjoy this car as much as I have.
