I am the second owner of this car having purchased it directly from the original owner who is also my employer. It has been regularly maintained and is in excellent condition with only 75,250 miles.The timing belt and water pump have been replaced as part of scheduled/preventive maintenance.The alternator has recently been replaced.The radiator has recently been flushed.An oil/filter change was performed and new brake pads were installed at 75,000 miles.4 new Michelin tires were installed at Costco about 2 years ago and have been rotated as scheduled (tires show even wear with deep tread). There have been no accidents but the front and rear bumpers do have some scratches and other signs of wear - touch-ups have been done over the years.Lexus service records and receipts included.Owner's manual and 2 keys included.
