Smart car fortwo for sale! I have bought a brand new battery for sale and just had a mechanic inspect the car, car DOES NOT RUN but everything turns on and cranks when Turning the key the mechanic says the electrical system needs to be reset I am buying a bigger car for my family and no longer need it. I have title but never transferred it under my name and still under dealership name...and title is a state of Michigan title but everything should be cleared, I am selling the car as is and don't want anything else to do with the car or title once purchased.
