REBUILT TITLE due to flood in 2009. Didn't have any major damage at all because the car passed 3 inspections (salvage, safety and emissions) and given a rebuilt title in under 2 months after being totaled.... We went through the car and there is NO SIGN of flood damage at all, ZERO ZERO rust & NO electrical issues at all...
