Vehicle Detail
This is a virtually rust free 67 Mustang that runs and drives well. It was sold new Los Angeles by John Bohls Ford Inc. on 3-13-67. It has been in LA most of it's life. See pics of inside page of original owners manual and employee sticker on window. Odometer shows 52,196 which I believe is original. I believe interior is mostly original and in very good condition. It is possible some items have been replaced but most pieces look original to me. Front frame rails look very straight as well as the inner fenders. The right side of the body needs work and there is filler on the right quarter panel that should be removed and redone. All frame components look straight and rust free. It has a 2 barrel V8, PS, remote mirror, turn signals in hood, day night mirror, backup lights, bumper guards and a factory AM 8 track that goes with it. This radio will need to be serviced and installed. It has brand new front disc brake system including new calipers [Kelsey Hayes type], rotors, pads, bearings, seals, hoses and sway bar links. It stops very well. Drives fine but would benefit from some additional tuning to drive like new, [may need accelerator pump in carb replaced]. It has a courtesy light cutout in left door but not in right door so I'm not sure if it came with the accessory light package or not. Door tag is missing but VIN number is on left fender apron. Temp gauge is not working. It still has all of it's original California smog devices mounted on engine. There are almost no deviations from original on this Mustang, [other than tires and battery and tune up items]. Steering wheel, dash pad and gauges are excellent. With body and paint and some fine tuning, this Mustang would be an excellent driver. There is no expensive and time consuming rust repair to deal with. It has a Crenshaw Motors Ford rear license plate frame on it [very hard to find]. They probably bought out Bohls Ford back in the 60's. Original California black plates still on title! Has clear California title on non-op. Questions gladly answered!
