1962 Impala SS original Red on Red car , numbers matching 327 / 250 HP W/ 4-speed on the floor , red factory bucket console interior , all stock in original condition , been sitting for around 30 years or so but all there to make this restoration easier on the parts chase down , missing is the floor shift plate and headlight bezels but easy to find , I believe the trans is Borg/Warner T-10 W/ cast case & aluminum tail shaft , pretty good original body panels , real good trunk area but some rust holes on the floor pans , solid frame , good door bottoms , good door jams , all good glass , needs windshield , car does not run and drive , rolls and steers easy , not to many red on red 62 SS cars available these days , this is a north Texas car with clear Texas title , 15x7 rally wheels W/ caps all around , I will assist on loading the car for transport , any more pix or Q's please call or text 501-779-5277 thanks Brian On Aug-01-16 at 07:46:05 PDT, seller added the following information: The engine suffix code letters are showing R C indicating 1962 327 / 250 HP with 4 M/T but I'm not 100% it's the original 327 out of this car after looking it over a little more , maybe period and date correct but I'm stil not sure , this car needs a real fine 409 !!! , and after taking a closer look at the floors they are better condition than I thought , just a few small spots that can be an easily repaired , thanks for looking !!
