RELISTING VEHICLE DUE TO WINNING BIDDER BACKED OUT OF PURCHASE BECAUSE OF MISTAKE BY SONPLEASE DO NOT PLACE BID ON VEHICLE UNLESS YOU PLAN ON FOLLOWING THROUGH WITH THE PURCHASE. ************************************************************************************************* 1972 El Camino with 350 Edelbrock Motor, Intake & Carb with 700r4 Automatic Transmission with Lokar Shifter. Car has SS Package with Cowl Induction Hood, Power Steering, Front Disc Brakes, Drum Rear Brakes, and Rear Air Shocks. Interior has Split Bench Leather Seat, Tilt Steering, SS Dash with Round Gauges, and original SS Steering Wheel. New Carpet installed but remainder of interior needs to be completed (headliner, pillar covers, kick panels with speakers, radio, etc.)NewTires with American Racing Rims installed and Dual Chrome Exhaust Tips. All chrome pieces for the bed and rear window. I have done did quite bit of restoration work on the vehicle since I purchased over 4 years ago: body, roof, wiring, paint, engine. Have a few parts that we didn't install if new owner would like them (new side mirrors, pillar covers, vinyl top and a few odds ends.) This car runs and has lots of power! The 350 Edelbrock Motor was completely rebuilt prior to my purchase and had only about 5000 miles on the rebuild. I have not done anything to the engine except the typical fluid changes and performance tune-up. I completely rewired the vechile by installing a new wiring harness and ran new wires throughout the vehicle. Wiring had to be done due to the previous owner splicing all wiring and it was a complete mess. All guages work except for the fuel guage and it just needs a new fuel sensor. Paint is okay with some fisheyes and chips but still a head turner.Miles on odometer are not actual since dash was completely replaced and represent what I have put on it since getting it back together. We did replace the front windshield but a heavy object fell on the lower front chrome molding while in storage and windshield suffered a cracks. I drive this car with no issues and would continue to invest in it if I didnt want to move on to my next project. Buyer is responsible for reviewing pics, reading description and asking questions before purchase.I tried to describe everything I know about the vehicle to the best of my ability. Please only bid on the vehicle it you plan on following through with the purchase. On May-28-16 at 17:16:25 PDT, seller added the following information: Added pictures from part of the rebuild process, specifically prime and paint along with new dash install and such. Have been asked about rust, we did remove quite a bit of rust, add new sheet metal and replaced both front fenders along with inner fenders as part of rebuild process. There have been no mods to suspension or steering (only replaced new rear air shocks with new set and lines just like it was original.) New wiring harness installed and all wiring new.
