Please see details below. This vehicle will only sell through ebay for the duration of the auction. I must have a deposit via Paypal of 10% within 24 hours of end of auction or I will block the bidder and relist. -No exceptions, sadly I have been having trouble lately with people bidding who have no intention of following through. This car has the 5 Speed Manual Tranny. It runs but has an issue with the cold start. It will not idle steady and the rpm surge up and down until it warms up. When it is warmed up it does not run well although it will idle. My son and I have tried various things to fix it but he has decided he is "over it"with this car. The body is in pretty good shape for its age. Note the door dings shown in one of the Photo's. I bought this car from a friend over 10 years ago. It needed a clutch and had not been driven in awhile. My wife and I drove it as a second "fun" car for a couple of years before selling it to my son. He was working on the Gas Rigs and did not drive it regular. To sum up it has been sitting around half of its life over the last 10 years. The mileage is unknown because the speedometer is a replacement (before I owned it). When I owned it the odometer stopped working. I repaired it which worked for about a year and then quit again. Someone did a Carfax search on it and came up with a report that it had been stolen at one time in New York state years before I owned it and I have no further information on that. The last photo shows a New York state replacement VIN number sticker on the drivers door frame. This is the number that is on our Title not the actual VIN number listed above. I forgot the story I was told behind this. My friend that I bought it from had moved down from New York State. We have transferred the tittle twice (once to me and once to my son) with no problem here in Kentucky. I do not know how other states would react to this. Over all I would say that someone who knows what they are doing, and knows these cars could have a nice little runner without too much effort. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
