1973 Super Beeetle Convertible. Bid to BuY NO Reserve. This old girl starts, stops, shifts, runs well, drives And STILL manages to turn heads ,even after 43 years. She can be driven and enjoyed as is 4 likely many years to come, or can do some work on her. At some point, can bleed out the brakes ,as there is a little air still there in line. Has new frt. wh. Cylinder and new Master Cylinder. Gas tank is an aftermarket unit replaced some years ago and though not leaking down has some corrosion in it that sometimes gets in fuel line. floor pans and running boards have some rust in them,( No big deal and nothing major, coupla minor spots, as do with nearly all these cars.) Paint is thinning in places. Will attempt to clean the top and will report on my efforts(aside from some light staining, also has a coupla loose areas by the back glass.)Seats and Int. are still quite decent and presentable without any rips or tears.(dash pad has a small crack though on drivers vent opening.)The glass is good all around.The body has a few slight dings dents and small scratches in paint,(Nothing very worthy of note,all quite minor.)Frt. bumper has some surface rusting on top and the rubber trim strip that runs done middle is gone.
