Exterior Condition: The car paint is vibrant and in good condition with some minor imperfections. All the glass is in great shape and the emblems are shiny and in excellent condition. The front grill is in excellent shape. All trim is in place and in excellent condition. Interior Condition: The Mb Tex is in overall great shape. The seats are firm and comfortable and in good shape. The headliner is in good shape and the carpet is in good condition. The door panels are in great shape as you can see in the photos. The instrument panel and center console are in very good condition. Overall the interior impression on this car is very nice and it is quite comfortable and well appointed. Mechanical Condition: Mechanically this car is very sound. The transmission was fully replaced 2 years ago. The engine in this car performs nicely with good power and torque. It is a Turbodiesel model and it accelerates well through all gears. This car has a lot of pick up for a diesel. There are no leaks in the exhaust and it is smooth running at all speeds. The alignment is true with no pulling during braking with no excess play in the steering wheel. The brakes are strong. The tires were recently replaced and are in great shape. This car has many years of trouble free motoring to come. I would feel confident in this vehicle on a long road trip in its excellent condition. I have owned this vehicle for the last 6 years and have all the paperwork history on the extensive TLC put into the car. Vegetable Oil Conversion: The conversion is based on a 2 micron filter/water separator that has a top loaded 150 watt heating element that automatically turns on when temperatures fall below 60F and turns off when the oil reaches 85F. This insures that the veg oil will flow through your filter no matter how cold it gets outside. The final heat stage comes from injector line heaters that get the fuel nice and hot quickly. These heaters will get the fuel to 170F within 3 minutes and if you turn them on before you start the car you will be insuring that hot oil is reaching the injectors right away. This will insure easy starts, even on cold mornings and also insure proper and complete burning of the oil which is critical for the health of your engine. This is considered a temperate climate single tank conversion designed for Southern California. Accessories Condition: All electronics are functioning in the vehicle. All power windows are working properly. The sunroof functions properly and is smooth and strong. The radio functions properly. The climate control is working properly in the car and the AC blows cold. All instrument panel gauges function properly with the exception of the clock and the tachometer. The stereo speakers and the stereo are new. The stereo has built in bluetooth functionality to connect with your phone. Handsfree phone functionality comes with the stereo and a microphone for hands free phone conversation has been discretely installed. I also still have the original radio.
