Vehicle Detail

MOTOR TREND CAR OF THE YEAR 1970. Attention all Miners, 419'ers, Astronauts on their way to the International Space Station, SEAL Team Six Members, and Oil Platform Workers. I'd like to accommodate your needs however the timeframe to complete the sale is clear and simple. Read and follow directions. Don't you love the stories, or how many guys were SEAL's?!?!? I don't know we had so many!!!... Lol The 1970 Torino was designed by Bill Schenk. His design was inspired by the supersonic aircrafts of the day that were designed and built with a narrow waist and bulging forward and rear fuselage that was needed to reach supersonic speeds. This 1970 Torino is a numbers matching vehicle with the original 351 Cleveland. The VIN, Fender Tag, and Engine Block all uniform and matching. Yes, you are looking at THE original engine. Ask any car guy what it takes (labor hours and money) to make a nearly half century old original engine compartment look like that... Not only does it look pretty, but it's basically a new engine. The engine was broken down piece by piece and put back together better than it was on the day it was delivered from Cleveland. The Cleveland was the upgrade to the 351 Windsor. When you turn the key it sounds amazing! The dual exhaust sounds AWESOME! It has a deep, but not an obnoxious rumble. As far as the body is concerned... It's straighter now than in the day it was sold in 1970-71. Experienced car guys will tell you that when these rolled down the assembly line there wasn't time for them to line up every panel perfect, so gaps and misalignments were common. The time was taken to correct those gaps, and Steele Rubber Products helped by selling us the entire rubber and molding package for the 1970 Torino (including the rear and front window gaskets). Do yourself a favor and call Steele Rubber Products. Ask them these questions... 1) What makes their product better than others on the market? 2) Ask for them to quote you the cost to order the entire 1970 Torino package. Add it up and you're looking at a pretty penny. The rear window gasket alone is $650.00. Oh, and once delivered... Now, you have to cinsider time and labor costs. I challenge ANYONE to find me three of these 1970 Torino's for sale that are not museum pieces or on display that have never and I stress NEVER has had a spec of rust in over 45 years!!! You're not going to find a single issue with this car, and if you do then you're probably THAT guy that's an eternal skeptic that said Montana couldn't play, Payton Manning's arm wasn't strong enough, Russell Wilson is too small, or Big Ben didn't play against enough competition in college. I have over $30,000.00 invested and the reserve is only $15,000.00
