This auction is for one original 2000 Toyota Celica in dark blue with grey interior. Body in very good condition - small rust spots developing on right side at fenders due to Cleveland winters but body still solid and undercarriage very good. Front bottom covers are missing from under engine - were cracked and I removed them to keep from them falling off. Interior very good- just some wear on driver's seat from entry and exit from vehicle. Glass and interior components very good- radio and CD player work well. The engine needs work on #1 cylinder which is very low on compression - might need valve work but not sure. I still drove this car until recently when exhaust developed leak around the catalytic convertor toward the front of the car- was very slow to accelerate in the city but at highway speeds was very usable and would cruise well in 4rth gear. Auto transmission - mileage as shown in top of this listing. Tires in great shape. I put rebuilt fuel injectors on engine about 8K miles ago. Air does not work - usually needed recharging about every year so likely has small leak in system . This would be a nice car with engine repair or an excellent parts or car to swap parts from. I believe this car could be driven some distance but exhaust a bit loud so might be best to tow. Popular project car to repair and/or modify.
