Beautiful car to drive - has some real pop. 5 speed manual with overdrive. This Miata was appraised by Miata expert Bob Baylis of Main St Automotive Service Center 676 Main St. Clinton, MA. (phone: (978) 368-7211). Bob appraised this car at $4000. Mechanically he said it is in "mint condition." Absolutely no rust - undercarriage - anywhereIssues: Body is fair (slight dents on trunk from hail; vinyl convertible couple of wear through holes, splits...ideally convertible top needs replacing; rear bumper dented, scratch above right rear tire, front license plate screwed directly into front bumper). Hard-top is good but is OEM from older model and does not have rear window defrost. Airbag light is on - probably covered by warranty by Miata - Current owner checking that out today. Engine- BP-ZE - 1.8L DOHC 16 Valve with multiport electronic fuel injection. The engine is a favorite for both N/A and turbo motoring enthusiasts for its robust design, materials and construction.
