This car was custom ordered as the luxurious Vanden Plas model, but with the $10,000 standalone option of the 400 horsepower supercharged V8 normally reserved for the XJR. This car has low miles, has never been smoked in and comes to you from Virginia. The previous owner of this car loved it enough he had a specialty tag created to celebrate its existence. No expense has been spared in keeping this car to a high standard. Everything works as it should and it runs like it did when it rolled off the factory floor. Early in this car's life, someone stole it from the original owner. His insurance company paid out on the car. When the car was later recovered, the owner exercised his right to buy the car back. This creates a cloud on the history and some states will only issue a Salvage title on a car with such a story. This car is on a clean Virginia title, but you should run the VIN by your state to ascertain how they will handle the history.
