1987 Mustang GT w/ factory T-Tops. 5.0 V8, T-5 Manual Transmission, Stock Rear End. Car is 100% stock and unmolested!!! This has been a great project, but I'm moving for my job and can not take car with me to finish. Car is ready for body and paint!!! This is an original RARE 87 T-TOP Car. It's 85% complete pertaining to my build plan. 5.0 Engine Runs great!! Transmission shifts great! Clutch is smooth! NO SHOCK TOWER, FIREWALL or TORQUE BOX RUST ROT!!! Car has always been titled in North Carolina.. I've replaced many worn out parts and as many as I could with original OEM. ***Headlights not shown but are included with car. ***Original Red GT Tail Lights will be sold with the car, not the tail lights pictured. Tail Lights do no not have an cracks or damage. The GOOD: -New Power steering Pump -New Rack-N-Pinion -New Alternator -New Heater Coil Rail -New starter relay -New Starter Coil -New Spark Plugs -New Spark Plug wires -New front sway bar -New Front Sway bar Bushings -New Swag bar mounting rods and bushings. -New T-Top weather stripping and felt -New Smog pump delete -New UniRoyal Tires (225/50/zr16) on Super nice 16" Pony Rims -New drum brake covers -I had upper intake chemically cleaned to remove built up carbon, etc. (NEW Throttle body gaskets, New Upper Intake Gasket, NEW Vacuum Hoses. -Replaced front nose piece, old one had a split. Replaced rear bumper cover, old one had a split. -Replaced front passenger fender and spoiler. The original one had many small dings, easier to replace than pay to have repaired. -Replaced rear hatch. Original one had surface rust from sitting and I had an extra hatch, easier to replace than pay to have repaired. (I'm sure there is more replaced I 'm not remembering). The BAD: -Headliner will need to be redone. -T Tops are missing locks -I removed the Smog pump and hoses, but I still have an will be included with car if next owners wants to go original.
