Hello and welcome to my auction, you are bidding on a 1980 vw Rabbit truck which I have totally restored from the ground up. The truck is an original rust free California vehicle. New KYB front struts, Febi Bilstein upper strut bearings7. New Brake master cylinder8. New Motor/ Transmission mounts9. New Brakes Front/ Rear, new brake lines, new rear wheel cylinders10. New Interstate Battery11. Rebuilt 5-speed transmission, all new shifter bushings12. New Coolant hoses13. Rebuilt Rack & Pinion14. Repacked front axles with new inner/outer boots15. Rebuilt Alternator16. Rebuilt Starter17. Complete new Interior done by my wife18. New paint done by me in the original factory color code on the truck LE9B (mountain green)19. New Windshield Rubber20. Almost New all matching 4 tires Michelin with loads of tread left came off my 76 Rabbit well I might have left out, a quite a bit more of the work I've done, but I hope the pictures talk,.The bottom line is that after a lot of blood, sweat and tears ,the truck looks and runs like brand new. The engine is very smooth and very tight with no un necessary rattles or funny noises, every thing works as its supposed too. I do this work because of my love and passion for these lovely old machines, from my house . I want to see more of them get a second life. Believe me there is a lot of hard work involved sourcing all the original parts, all the right hardware and not mickey moussed. I have spent a lot of money and time restoring this baby. The truck is an original California truck which I had bought off ebay a while back that has a clean title, currently registered in my name.
