Vehicle Detail
1968 Honda CT90 with only 700 Miles NO RESERVE! Up for sale with no reserve is this amazing dual-purpose Honda that created a world wide sensation in the 1960's because it was surprisingly good on the road and astonishing off road. Built to last and amazingly versatile these machines were sold all over the world and were used in every imaginable circumstance. The 89cc SOHC motor developed 8 HP at 9500 RPM and delivered 80 mpg fuel economy and got a reputation for being extremely reliable in all kinds of conditions. A 4 speed semi-automatic transmission with a low range option is very easy to use and 4" drum brakes provide good stopping power. This bike is in very nice original condition with only a few minor scratches and normal patina. It only has 700 original miles and has never been used as a trail bike. After being in storage since 1974 we added fresh gas and a new battery and it started right up and runs great. All the lights, the speedo and the horn work properly. Note that the original vinyl pad is still in place to house the wiring over the frame. We are selling at no reserve so the high bidder gets the bike. If you have 0 or negative feedback please contact us before bidding to make assurances that you are serious about buying. We require a $ 500 deposit via PayPal within 24 hours of auction close and balance to be paid with wire transfer or cash in person. We have a clear PA Title in hand ready to transfer to the new owner as soon as payment is complete. The bike is currently stored at our facility in New Stanton PA which is at the intersection of I-70 and I-76 (Pennsylvania Turnpike). Pickup can be arranged on a 24/7 basis and our driveway is able to accommodate any size truck or trailer. E-mail any questions or call Joe at (724)502-0035. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding!
