This engine featured a forged crankshaft, piston oil squirters, a structural aluminum oil pan with cooling fins and aa 7,000 rpm red line The engine in base form on 91RON fuel (Regular unleaded 89 Octane) produces 96 kW (129 hp) at 6,000 rpm and 165 N·m (122 lb·ft) at 4,000 rpm. Seems to be a common problem in 1st generation ('89-'97) Miata's terrific versatility with a removable hard top - very good in appearance for a 21 year old car - ready to go for a fun spring and summer fall driving treat. Could be year round car with the hard top. I have direct knowledge that it has been garaged for the last 20 years and was only driven in spring summer and fall locally during the last 16 years. Only 4 owners total. I didn't know the first owner but know previous two owners so I'm sure it's been garaged for most of it's 21 years given the good shape it is in.A/C, no accidents in history, non-smoker, Black and red leather bucket seats.
