Very rare 1982 Maico 400, no Maico 400's were imported to the USA in 1982 but Canada brought about 4 in, this bike has been completely gone through with many new parts. shock has new seals installed but was not charged with nitrogen, has intermittent spark so will either need an extra ground from the motor installed or the paint cleaned better around the motor mounts. Previous owner had a new bottom end installed but then gave up on the restoration. If you are buying this bike to race you may want to install a new primary chain.
