This 911 is in very nice condition, Paint is in near flawless condition as is the interior and top. The car runs and rides exceptionally well. The previous owner had the car since 2009/82k miles and had it serviced exclusively at the local Porsche dealership. He purchased the car from his friend and next door neighbor, who owned the car since 1998. Service records exist from 1998 but I will concentrate on the last 8 years of maintenance records. The only issues that I am aware of are an engine oil leak, a noisy blower motor and the left turn signal does not cancel. 1/09 82k miles-90k Major Service performed, including drive belts, brake flush, fuel injection cleaning, alignment, hood struts and window switch. 2/09 83k miles-Brake sensors replaced 4/09 84k miles-Suspension struts and springs replaced, gearshift linkage re-bushed. 5/09 84k miles-HVAC expansion valve replaced 7/09 85k miles-engine compartment weatherstrips replaced. Window switch replaced. 2/10 86k miles-oil service 6/10 86k miles-left and right HVAC temperature control flap motors replaced 4/11 87k miles-oil service, both inner and outer CV boots replaced. Right front tie rod end replaced. Battery replaced. 4/11 87k miles-left and right convertible top transmissions and cables replaced.11/11 88k miles-tires replaced with ContiSports10/12 89k miles-shifter tube bushings replaced10/13 89k miles-oil service and window switch replaced 1/15 90k miles- oil service, top up refrigerant gas 2/16 90k miles-oil service Note: The top was replaced 11/05 and shows as near newNote: The Carfax report indicates a "mileage exceeds mechanical limits of odometer" title issued in Tennessee in 1997.
